Refund policy

At Buffalo Jo Jewelry, each bracelet is handmade with care and thoroughly inspected before being sent out. Because of the nature and price point of our jewelry, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• General wear and tear from regular use

• Damage caused by misuse, water, chemicals, or rough handling

 

We will gladly review a return or replacement request only if:

• The item arrives damaged due to a defect in craftsmanship (example: loose clasp, incorrect size sent, or faulty stringing).

• The item was not the correct product that you ordered.

 

If you believe your bracelet meets these criteria, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We reserve the right to determine whether the bracelet qualifies for replacement.
