Processing Time

All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships.

Shipping Options

• Local Pickup (Free): Available in Spanish Fork, Utah. You’ll receive a message when your order is ready for pickup, along with pickup details.

• Flat Rate Shipping (U.S. Only): $5 flat fee, no matter how many items you order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or for lost packages once marked as delivered. If you experience any issues, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
